Slack action and fire poi. Love it.

Tie a decent length of tubular webbing between 2 solid objects. Slack is art of walking along the line. It is not tight (hence the ‘slack’) and so it gyrates underneath you. Progression leads to tricks: jumps, spins, turns, runs, backwards, flips, mantles, sit starts. Addictive and fun, a great way to hang with some beers in the sun with some mates.

Fire Poi, a bit feminine really but still there is a small element of commitment to spinning very hot fire around your head with a possibility of the wires clustering and getting a face full of fire.
